About the role
- Own execution of loan pricing changes and updates across channels and partners, working across pricing grids, systems, and internal tools
- Monitor pricing accuracy, develop controls, and flag discrepancies or errors across pricing grids and automated workflows
- Analyze product performance, funnel conversion, and competitor pricing to support pricing optimization efforts
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track key pricing and revenue metrics, including competitor pricing reporting
- Support ad hoc financial and market analysis requests from Credit, Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams
- Document pricing processes and help maintain clear, accurate records of pricing decisions and their rationale
- What We Look For 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, capital markets, loan pricing, credit risk, FP&A, or a related analytical role, ideally within fintech or financial services
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python; experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau
- Experience with D2C pricing; AB testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy and effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and capable of independently driving initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering); advanced degree a plus
- Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
- Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
- Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.
- SalaryBase Compensation Range: $68,000 - $102,000/yr 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
