About the role

Top Hat is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Junior Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our high-end residential clients. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, technicians, and vendors to ensure all services and projects are delivered with professionalism, urgency and care. This is a junior role with a clear roadmap to Account Management.
Key Responsibilities: • Take ownership of assigned client accounts— own the client experience as the advocate for client satisfaction.• Provide support designated Account Manager(s).• Manage ongoing client communication and ensure timely follow-up on requests and services.• Coordinate with Project Managers on larger projects assigned to their department• Join project kick-offs, check-ins, and walkthroughs; assist with proposals and vendor follow-ups.• Stay accountable for accurate records and service data in our internal systems.• Support Account Manager(s) in identifying areas of opportunities to better service our clients.
Requirements: • 1+ years in direct to client customer service• Experience in trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) or familiarity with trade terminology is a plus.• Experience in high-end property or account management is plus.• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace; Connect Wise or similar client management software a plus.• Comfortable working with high-net worth clients.• Ability to work onsite – on client property or in office - 5 days a week.
Salary Range: $50K-$60K DOE
