Responsibilities:
Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to ensure smooth operations at our transfer station.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and achieve daily operational goals.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for everyone.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to report any issues or improvements needed.
Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
