Role Description:
The Independent Business Owner role at PFS Investments is a contract position based on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area. In this role, the individual builds and manages a personal client base, conducts in-person consultations, and provides guidance on financial products and services offered through PFS Investments. Daily activities may include prospecting new clients, following up with existing clients, preparing basic financial overviews, and explaining available solutions in a clear, compliant manner. The Independent Business Owner is responsible for organizing their own schedule, participating in company trainings, and staying informed about product updates and industry regulations. This role offers an entrepreneurial environment where the individual manages business development, client service, and administrative tasks to grow their independent practice.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage with clients in person.

Candidates should possess basic financial literacy, an interest in personal finance, and the ability to learn about investment and insurance products.

Prior experience in financial services, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
A willingness to obtain any required licenses or certifications for offering financial products in the New York City Metropolitan Area is strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment.
