About the Role: The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Human Resources to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive people strategy. The role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to leadership development, and ensuring that HR operations and compliance are in line with the company's goals. Key responsibilities for the VP of Human Resources at the company include strategic leadership, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor on all HR matters, utilizing data and business insights to drive decision-making. They will also be instrumental in leading organizational change and transformation initiatives, as well as fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred, along with at least 10 years of progressive HR experience and relevant certifications.
