About the role

To develop and manage a comprehensive fundraising and engagement program, the full-time Direct Response Manager will work remotely to grow annual support from donors giving below $1,000, collaborating with marketing agencies and internal partners to implement effective campaigns and strategies. Key responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns targeting low-level donors, including monthly giving and digital advocacy efforts Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee the quality assurance of digital marketing content prior to launch Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights to enhance donor engagement and fundraising outcomes Required qualifications Undergraduate degree required Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct response fundraising at a non-profit or marketing agency Demonstrated experience with email marketing, list building, and multi-channel donor experiences Proficiency with CRMs and donation processing platforms, including Salesforce and Engaging Networks Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
