Job Description: The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment. This includes air conditioners, gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, water heaters and boilers. Responsibilities: -Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have.-Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment.-Perform preventive maintenance.-Run service calls- repair and/or replace parts on equipment-Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner.
Requirements: -Valid driver license and clean driving record-EPA Certification-Trade School Certification-Able to work flexible hours-Able to lift heavy equipment
