About the role

Belle is seeking a dynamic, hands-on State Operations Manager to lead and grow our field operations across Georgia. The role requires regular travel throughout the state (50-75%). You will drive performance, coaching, and accountability, building a strong leadership bench while aligning with our care-driven mission. Based in Georgia, you will collaborate with VP, CHW teams, and other departments to scale operations, implement new processes, and ensure exceptional member experiences.
