About the role
Parts Counter Advisor Audi of Nyack is looking for an experienced parts counter advisor to join our team!
Duties:
- Take customer orders by listening to and clarifying requests; identifying automotive parts, offering and explaining alternative solutions.
- Complete sales by entering purchased items into sales/inventory system; obtaining payment; adding purchase to credit account; issuing sales receipts.
- Maintain parts inventory by verifying supplies; placing orders when order-points are reached.
- Receive returned items by inspecting items and returning payment/issuing credit
- Maintain safe and secure environment by following safety and security standards and procedures; complying with codes.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading about new products.
Skills /Qualifications:
- Data Entry Skills, Telephone Skills, Customer Service, Verbal Communications, Selling to Customer needs, Product Knowledge, Inventory Control, Vender relationships, Ability to lift, bend and reach.
- ADP/CDK CRM experience a plus
- German car experience preferred!
- Managerial experience welcome
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Automotive knowledge/experience needed!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
