At any given moment, we have a dozen things in flight across sales channels with a mix of internal people and outside partners touching each one. You're the person who knows where every piece stands, what's blocking it, and who owes what by when. If a deadline is going to slip, you know before it slips. If you want a role where you set the growth strategy top to bottom, this isn't it. If you want a role where you run the machine and get credit for how well it runs, keep reading. What you'll own:Campaign planning and execution across paid social, email/SMS, retail, and organic — end-to-end, from brief to post-mortemOur external partners: creative agencies, freelancers, and contractors. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
