Associate Director, Commerce & Biddable Media - Remote
Overview:
The Associate Director, Commerce & Biddable Media leads the day-to-day strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of commerce and biddable media programs across a diverse client portfolio. This role serves as a key client contact, develops high-impact media solutions, and partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes. The position also contributes to business development efforts while providing leadership, coaching, and development for media team members.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of commerce and biddable media campaigns.
Lead media strategy development and recommendations for assigned clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and manage project deliverables and timelines.
Present strategies, plans, POVs, and performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
Drive adoption of media best practices, processes, and operational improvements.
Support new business pitches and growth opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance client solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.6-8 years of experience in retail media, RMN, biddable media, media planning, buying, and campaign management.
Agency experience and client-facing leadership experience preferred.
Experience with platforms such as Walmart Connect, Roundel, Instacart, The Trade Desk, Viant, Skai, Pacvue, and CM360.Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Leadership Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to Managers, Traders, and Coordinators.
Support career development, performance feedback, and team capability building.
Foster collaboration across account, strategy, analytics, creative, and media teams.
Work Environment Remote position with occasional travel for client and team meetings.
Primarily computer-based work in a collaborative virtual environment.
Frequent interaction with internal and external partners across multiple time zones.
