Roofing Estimator

As a Roofing Estimator you will be able to: Review of ITB, specifications, drawings, and addenda to create work scope and material and labor costs. Projects include private and public. Prepare professional and detailed proposals, bids, and change orders for contractors. Maintain files of working documents and tracking of bids, including follow-up on bid status. Communicate effectively with team members, providing accurate and timely information. Ability to work under pressure. Our ideal Roofing Estimator will have:3-7 years previous roofing estimation preferred. Experience with computer estimating software. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail & good with math. Use of MS Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)Working independently while maintaining a team player attitude. Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, self-starter, organized, and multi-tasker.
