Luminary Hospice is seeking a Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle leadership recruitment across agency leadership, clinical, and sales roles. This role partners with the VP of Talent to build proactive pipelines and reduce time-to-fill, ensuring the organization has leadership, clinical capacity, and sales coverage for quality patient care. Remote with some travel; preferred to sit in Texas, Missouri, Ohio, or Indiana; travel to agencies and industry events as needed.
