About the role
- Hand welding and fabricating parts in multiple positions using MIG and stick welding
- Working across multiple departments including Fabrication, Sub-Assemblies, and Welding
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, factory orders, and work tickets
- Using squares, tape measures, calipers, levels, plumb-bobs, and clamps with precision
- Inspecting your own work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Operating overhead cranes, hoists, and material handling equipment to move large components
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment (wire changes, tip/nozzle exchange)
- Working independently and as part of a production team in a safety-focused environment
- Cross-training in other areas to provide operational flexibility
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times
- Following all plant safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- 3+ years of MIG welding, stick welding, and fabricating experience - required
- Expert with angle grinders and acetylene torches
- Able to read, write, and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work tickets accurately
- Strong math skills - able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals to .06"Measure to 1/16" precision with a tape measure
- Expert with safety equipment and PPEValid driver's license required
- Must pass a welding/fabricating test prior to hire
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work without close supervision
- Preferred / Top Candidate Qualifications:5+ years of MIG welding and fabricating experience
- Professional welding certifications
- Automatic Beam Welder experience
- Military service (eligible for $1.00/hr premium - see below)

- Starting at $20.00/hr (flexibility based on skillset)$0.50/hr pay incentive after first 90 days for excellent attendance and safety$0.50/hr additional pay incentive after 6 months of employment$1.00/hr Military Service Premium (requires DD214, minimum 2 years active duty, honorable discharge)

- Comfortable working in heated work areas
- Able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, climb, walk, and stand on concrete for extended periods
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Able to climb ladders and trailers and use vibrating equipment as needed
