Selective Insurance in Short Hills, NJ invites college students to join the Ignite Internship program for summer 2027. This 11-week, full-time experience offers on-the-job assignments, team projects, exposure to senior leadership, and a community volunteer day to help you build relationships across the organization. The Records and Information Management team oversees policy, processes, and procedures to identify, maintain, preserve, and destroy records as required by law.
