About the role

Ethos is seeking experienced user insights managers to help train a leading AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on designing studies, conducting interviews and usability tests, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations that inform AI-driven document workflows. Fully remote, 5-20 hours per week, with start ASAP. Compensation is $70/hour, reflecting expert-level craftsmanship and strong communication skills in a fast-paced AI research
