About the role
Collectors in California is seeking a PSA Hobby Concierge Representative to deliver a world-class customer experience at submission centers in physical hobby shops. You will assist customers with questions, intake submissions, package items securely, and ship to headquarters, while contributing to process improvements and brand growth.
Light travel up to 10% is required; onsite work at Mojo Breaks Santa Clara, CA and at events 3–5 days a week with potential overtime.
