About the role
Owning the sales process for large, mega, and not-for-profit at-risk plans, the full-time Retention Sales Director with FINRA Licenses will proactively work with the relationship management team to identify at-risk clients and execute sales strategies for retention in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership and relationship management teams to identify at-risk clients and understand their needs
Lead the RFP response process, finalist presentations, and contract negotiations
Document all activities and strategies in Salesforce while utilizing internal resources to ensure client satisfaction
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience in the recordkeeping industry
Strong knowledge of Empower recordkeeping
Relationship and sales experience in the recordkeeping industry
FINRA Series 6 and 63 required within established timelines
