Job Description:
PPS is seeking a mechanically inclined Assembly Technician / Machine Operator for a well-established manufacturing partner in the Chardon area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has experience using basic hand tools, and is looking for a stable, long-term position.
What You'll Do:
Operate a crimping machine to assemble manufactured components.
Perform basic die changes using hand tools and wrenches.
Make minor machine adjustments and assist with setups.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
What We're Looking For:
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool experience.
Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
Ability to learn new equipment and processes.
Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous crimping experience is NOT required! We're looking for someone mechanically inclined, reliable, and interested in building a long-term career.
