About the role
We're a National Sales Partners division launching a next-gen medical alert platform into assisted living and independent living communities — and we're hiring a BDR to help us own the space. This isn't a one-way "call button" product. Protection Pendant is a full platform: GPS live-resident map, two-way voice straight to staff, wander/inactivity alerts, and timestamped analytics that give operators something they've never had — proof they can show when a family, a surveyor, or an insurer asks what happened. It drops into any existing pull-cord or nurse-call system with no rip-and-replace.
What you'll do:
Prospect and book meetings with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and VPs of Ops at assisted/independent living operators Own top-of-funnel: outbound calls, email, Linked In, and conference follow-up Qualify decision-makers and hand off clean, warm opportunities to our AEsLive in Hub Spot — track every touch, keep the pipeline honest You're a fit if you have Sales experience in senior care, home health, hospice, post-acute, or medical alert / nurse-callA hunter's mentality — you like dialing, you like booking, you don't wait for leads Comfort talking to healthcare operators and cutting through gatekeepers Discipline with a CRM and follow-up Why here Ground-floor role in a division that's actively closing its first multi-facility dealsA genuinely differentiated product in a market full of dumb call buttons Uncapped commission Sound like you? Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
