About the role

Detail-oriented and driven, the part-time Title Assistant will open new title orders, facilitate document recording, and perform title searches while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key responsibilities: Open new title orders for clients Facilitate the recording of documents and assist the Title Officer as needed Perform title searches and manage client inquiries via phone and written correspondence
Required qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required Two or more years' experience as Title Assistant or three or more years' experience as Foreclosure Trustee, Foreclosure Processor, or Loss Mitigation specialist Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Title Point, Data Trace, Data Tree, and other third-party technologies Understanding of title insurance Task-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
