About the role

Production Associate As a Production Associate in the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly, fabrication, and packaging of products. Your work will directly impact the quality and timeliness of production output, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process. You will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to maintain production schedules and meet company standards. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA regulations. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes. Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company specifications and quality standards.
