The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader, responsible for the development, scalability, and innovation of the marketing technology ecosystem. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences, optimize lead generation, and maximize conversion performance. The VP will lead and scale engineering teams, contribute to system design and development, drive architecture and optimization of marketing technology systems, and oversee integrations across various platforms. A key aspect of the role is to champion data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and performance optimization initiatives. Applicants for the VP of Software Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, including a background in modern web architecture, APIs, and scalable, cloud-based systems.
