As a Field Services Business Development Manager based in Allentown, PA, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships within the environmental services sector. You will represent Clearsite's values by ensuring safe operations and delivering exceptional service to customers across various industries.
Key responsibilities include: Prioritizing health and safety by adhering to safe work practices, policies, and procedures. Developing new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers, generating leads, and securing Field Services work such as hazardous waste remediation, tank cleaning, and emergency response. Collaborating with internal sales teams and building strong relationships with local branches to maximize revenue and service delivery. Meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining daily awareness of sales activities and results. Tracking and managing activities, opportunities, and accounts using CRM tools, leveraging insights to develop strategies and cross-sell services. Negotiating pricing and contract terms to secure profitable business. Serving as the primary contact and problem solver for assigned accounts and new business opportunities. Assisting with the collection of invoiced revenue from customers. Addressing obstacles promptly and taking decisive action to resolve issues. Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals and position Clearsite as an indispensable partner.
Base Salary: $95,000$110,000 + commission
