Key responsibilities: Provide expert consultation and sales of packaging materials and manual contract packaging services Develop and enhance relationships with existing customers with a service‑first approach Identify and acquire new customers Create and execute market‑driven sales strategies Take ownership of revenue and profit targets Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity Collaborate closely with the inside sales team and management Represent the company at industry trade shows

Qualifications: A passionate sales professional (m/f/d) with a completed commercial apprenticeship Proven experience in field sales with a track record of successful new customer acquisition, preferably in the packaging industry Hands‑on approach, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial mindset Willingness to travel frequently Strong team player with high self‑motivation and commitment Professional demeanour and excellent communication skills Ability to create customer‑focused solutions Proficiency in English Strong MS Office skills, with experience in CRM system management Valid Class B driving license
