About the Role: Join Connect Staffing Agency of Georgia as a Coater - General Labor in Dalton, GA! This exciting opportunity allows you to be part of a dynamic team, where your contributions will directly impact the production process and product quality.
Schedule: 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AMMonday through Thursday
Occasional Fridays based on production needs and customer orders Overtime may be required as needed
Responsibilities: Operate coating machines to apply various finishes to products. Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance. Inspect coated products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Assist in training new employees on coating processes and safety measures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must agree to complete a background check
  • Must agree to complete a drug test screening
  • Must be authorized to work in the United StatesMust be dependable and able to fallow attendance policies.
