Retail Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities: Delivery: Safely transport furniture to customers' homes, ensuring careful handling and placement of items. Deliveries will primarily be in high-end residential areas, so attention to detail and customer care is essential. Driving: Operate a high cube truck, ensuring deliveries are made on time and without damage. Client interaction: Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients on the showroom floor and during deliveries. Warehouse Support: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing furniture in the warehouse. Perform inventory checks and ensure items are properly stored and labeled. Unloading containers of imported goods: 10-12 times a year we receive ocean containers of imported furniture and accessories that are unloaded on site. Showroom Support: Help sales staff and interior designers with displays on the showroom floor. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with fellow warehouse associates, sales team, and management to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Requirements: Clean Driving History: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Experience driving a high cube truck is preferred. Physical Strength: Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture (up to 50 lbs. alone and more with assistance) and perform physically demanding tasks in a safe manner.

Hours: Full time hours are 9:30am – 5:30pm. Some Saturday availability is required every month. No evening shifts. No Sundays.

We import goods directly from all over the world and receive shipments daily by truck or ocean going containers. Our warehouse and logistics team handles all receiving, delivery, and shipping on site at our North Scottsdale showroom. We handle deliveries in our own high cube delivery truck to fine homes in the Valley. We have a 12,000 square foot showroom that is constantly changing as we sell directly off the floor to high end clients all over the Valley. Our shop is a showplace - clients love its bazaar-like atmosphere filled with goods from all over the world. It is also a working warehouse where part of our floor space is maintained as storage for our huge amount of inventory.
