About the role
To support energy efficiency initiatives, the full-time Wisconsin Market Outreach Specialist will develop awareness and adoption of energy-efficient technologies, manage relationships with contractors and trade allies, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely within the Northeastern Wisconsin area.
Key responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop relationships with contractors and Trade Allies to promote energy efficiency programs
Develop outreach tactics to engage customers and enhance program participation
Prepare regular activity reports and track progress towards program goals
Required qualifications
2-4 years of relevant industry experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to perform event planning and coordination
Experience in market research and data accumulation
Familiarity with energy efficiency programs and customer service integration
