About the role
To support a growing software company, the full-time Customer Growth Manager will manage the full customer lifecycle for several hundred small sponsor accounts, focusing on onboarding, retention, and upselling opportunities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Lead standardized onboarding for new accounts, ensuring customers can independently process claims using KidKare
Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, owning retention and renewal outcomes through automated and personalized outreach
Proactively identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining detailed account activity documentation in CRM tools
Required qualifications
2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or Inside Sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience managing a high volume of accounts with varying engagement levels
Ability to identify and advance upsell or cross-sell opportunities while carrying a quota
Strong organizational skills and discipline in following standardized workflows
Technically capable and comfortable working independently
