Responsibilities: Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document organisation Organise schedules, appointments, and correspondence to optimise office workflow Perform general clerical duties including typing reports, updating databases, and preparing documents for meetings Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and support various departments as required
