Base pay range $28.00/hr - $30.00/hr We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to work on a contract engagement in the Miami, FL area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, configuring, imaging, and deploying laptops, desktops, and radiology workstations within healthcare or enterprise environments. This role involves on-site technical support, system setup, and deployment at multiple client locations. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and have strong communication and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and test laptops, desktops, and radiology workstations at client sites. Perform hardware and software imaging, upgrades, and system configuration. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, and network connectivity issues. Maintain accurate deployment records, inventory tracking, and ticket documentation. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and minimal downtime. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Field Technician, Desktop Support Technician, or similar role. Proficiency in Windows 10/11 imaging, deployment tools (SCCM, MDT, etc.), and system configuration. Experience troubleshooting and supporting hardware, peripherals, and networking issues. Experience with hardware and software imaging, upgrades, and system configuration.
