About the role
Engine is seeking a Sr. Analyst, GTM Compensation and Planning to support monthly and quarterly commissions and quotas across GTM channels. You will partner with Sales Leadership, GTM Finance, and People to ensure accurate, timely payouts and robust plan governance. You'll build analytical models for quota design and capacity planning, explore AI-enhanced compensation tools, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
