Senior Project Manager: Medical CommunicationsWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex medical communications programmes across a range of pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple client accounts and project workstreams simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, hot sheets, Statements of Work (SOWs), and financial tracking documentation.Lead publications project management activities, including manuscripts, abstracts and posters, ensuring adherence to publication timelines, author review cycles, journal submission requirements and Good Publication Practice (GPP) guidelines.Coordinate advisory board programmes end to end, including planning, logistics, briefing materials, meeting execution and post-meeting reporting.Oversee the delivery of a broad range of medical communications materials, including slide decks, training materials and medical education content.Manage project budgets, resource allocation and cross-functional teams across a portfolio of programmes.Support and facilitate MLR review processes, ensuring compliance requirements are met and client review cycles progress efficiently.Identify, communicate and proactively manage project risks, scope changes and delivery challenges.Experience & Qualifications4 to 6 years' project management experience within a medical communications agency or a related healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.Strong experience managing publications programmes, advisory boards and medical communications deliverables.Demonstrated expertise in budget management, resource planning and financial tracking.Working knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements, including MLR review processes.Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.BenefitsFully remote working arrangement.20 days' paid annual leave (pro-rated for new starters), with additional entitlement considered for more senior hires.Company-paid life insurance.Company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage.Medical insurance, with employees contributing 15% of monthly premiums through pre-tax payroll deductions.Health Savings Account (HSA), with company contributions towards eligible deductibles.Dental and vision insurance, with employees contributing 15% of monthly premiums through pre-tax payroll deductions.401(k) retirement plan, including Safe Harbor employer matching following the applicable eligibility period.Discretionary annual bonus.Earn up to $2,500.00 through the SCIRIS Group Employee Referral Scheme when you refer a candidate who is successfully hired into a permanent role.An extra day of PTO for each year of service after your 3rd anniversary (up to 5 additional days), plus monetary awards at the 5, 10, and 15 year milestones.Why join us?
