About the role

The Safe & Sound Teacher at YWCA Columbus leads classroom operations, designs engaging curriculum, and supervises assistant teachers. You will monitor child development and communicate with families while upholding safety standards in a licensed daycare setting. Applicants should have CDA or higher in early childhood education, with experience in child care, teamwork, and strong communication skills. First Aid/CPR certification is preferred, with a Monday–Friday schedule and compliant operations.
