About the role
To support a growing client base, the full-time California Licensed Client Success Manager will consult with clients to identify needs, analyze data for solutions, and enhance client relationships while working in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Consult with clients to define needs and determine the scope of investigations for solutions
Analyze data related to claims and client relationships to recommend actionable solutions
Manage account retention efforts by attending quarterly review meetings and providing reports on accounts at risk
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 to 10 years of related experience in client success or account management
Specific knowledge of California Labor Code and its application to Workers' Compensation
Experience in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and reporting
Strong technical skills related to Workers' Compensation programs
