About the role
Program Director Position Type: Full-Time (Third-Party Vendor) Assigned Geography: All Regions Support Reporting Structure: Centralized Executive POC; maintains a strategic dotted-line partnership with the Area Director (Partner Channels). Note: This role does not manage the day-to-day operations or routing of the field TFLs, as that is managed by Regional Managers.
What You'll Be Doing Your primary responsibility is to act as the central strategic partner for T-ROC. You will work closely with T-ROC Executive Leaders and Directors on a daily and weekly basis to guarantee that the national brand program remains aligned with overarching corporate strategies, drive performance expectations, meets compliance thresholds, and fulfills all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Daily/Regular Partnership Actions: Performance Alignment: Conduct weekly syncs with T-ROC Directors to proactively review performance commitments, create strategic business plans and drive alignment with field teams.
Field Execution: Review national staffing health, open territory pipelines, National TFL execution, visit expectations, and resolve systemic roadblocks.
Lead Quarterly Strategic Reviews (QBRs): Partner directly with the T-ROC President of Sales and Area Directors to evaluate overarching contract health, navigate national retail strategy pivots.
Facilitate Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs): Present and evaluate cross-regional KPI dashboards to T-ROC leaders, analyzing system compliance.
Management of Agreement Guidelines: Drive the program's operational integrity by enforcing strict adherence to contractual SLAs. Validating that performance execution, staffing expectations, training, and brand mandates are embedded seamlessly into every facet of field deployment.
Enterprise-Level Continuous Improvement: Collaborate directly with T-ROC leadership to engineer and scale strategic performance drivers across the national vendor organization, ensuring consistent, market-leading results.
Adapt to Dynamic KPIs: Partner with Area Directors to immediately pivot the field team’s focus whenever performance commitments are modified, or there are increases in performance targets.
What We're Looking For An executive-level relationship builder with exceptional communication skills, possessing a natural ability to seamlessly connect corporate execution goals with vendor management structures.
3–5+ years of progressive third-party channel leadership, territory management, or field sales operations experience, ideally within telecommunications or technology sectors.
Strong executive presentation and interaction skills, up to and including C-level.
The ability to conduct meetings and train others how to manage complex relationships and sales/customer experience engagements, while successfully selling complete solutions by differentiating the program brand from the competition.
In-depth understanding of and experience with Wireless and Wireline products, services, processes, and systems.
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, while balancing multiple, highly complex, cross-functional projects/initiatives of varying priority.
Accomplished leader capable of driving high performing teams to achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications… Master's degree.
Proven track record of building positive relationships with clients and internal partners for mutual success.
Demonstrated strength in data driven analytics and decision making.
Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple dynamic priorities simultaneously.
