Fitness Equipment Safety and Quality Inspector Funto Network is seeking a Fitness Equipment Safety and Quality Inspector for the RFP-associated opportunity 50-2526048 Fitness Equipment and Related Accessories IT Sourcing Event. This role closes a verified SOW/RTM delivery-coverage gap and owns the workstream described below.
Core Responsibilities: Verify equipment condition, installation, clearances, safety standards, documentation, warranties, and acceptance testing. Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions. Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams. Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
What You Bring: Demonstrated experience performing Fitness Equipment Safety and Quality Inspector responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments. Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria. Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
