Responsibilities: As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional customer service from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls and emails, making reservations, and ensuring that our guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred but not a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
