About the role
Responsibilities:
Apply advanced music direction and composition expertise to support AI training initiatives within music technology
Curate and annotate music samples for AI training
Develop training guidelines related to music direction and composition
Evaluate AI-generated compositions for quality and relevance
Provide structured feedback to ensure outputs reflect strong musical theory, emotional expression, and industry relevance
Requirements:
Experience as a music director, composer, or arranger
Strong knowledge of music theory and orchestration
Familiarity with digital audio workstations
Ability to evaluate musical compositions critically
Ability to translate creative musical judgment into structured guidance
