About the role
- Valid driver's license and able to travel by car
- Must have solid customer service skills and communication abilities, verbally and in written form
- Comfortable walking on roofs and climbing in confined spaces, such as attics or crawl spaces
- At least one year of work experience at a home inspection company or construction company
- State licensed, where required, and certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)1+ year of previous work experience conducting home inspections or working in construction field
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills
- Must carry proof of South Carolina Home Inspector license.
