About the role
Responsible for renting and selling a diverse line of portable climate control equipment, the full-time Outside Sales Representative will work remotely to cultivate existing accounts and develop new business within the assigned territory, collaborating closely with various divisions to provide comprehensive solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Rent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters to commercial customers, contractors, and event companies
Cultivate relationships with existing accounts while developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Collaborate with the General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to maximize customer penetration and provide turn-key solutionsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in the equipment rental or HVAC industry
At least 2 years of direct sales experience
Current/valid driver's license in good standing and proof of auto insurance
Experience in project management, new business development, and customer retention
Proven sales track record in a solution-selling approach
