Level: Experienced, Job Location: Wilmington MA - Wilmington, MA 01887, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $21.00 - $22.00 Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: 2nd Shift, Position Overview: Support Monogram Foods operations through daily overseeing inventory from one location (Wet or Pack) to the other.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all work in a safe manner; remain constantly aware of continuous improvement(s) for safety-related opportunities. Verify all inventory transactions within your delegated department are accurate and completed in a timely manner by validating counts on materials going to and coming from the warehouse area. Confirm the counts and transactions of items being produced on your respective lines. Report any major discrepancies in the inventory to your supervisor so that any issues may be taken care of quickly. Take an inventory of your respective area daily and match it to the system. (Resolve errors where necessary). Review respective work orders at the end of the shift to ensure the accuracy of all items produced and materials used. Any other task or duties which may be assigned to you by your supervisor. End of shift Scanner and Skidder meet to verify case quantity count. Utilize Forklift to move pallets from one location to another. The Ideal Candidate will have the Following Qualifications: Education, prior work experience and specialized skill and knowledge Certification in forklift operation Knowledge of operating other warehouse machinery Data entry, math, and computer skills Effective leadership and team management skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills Written and verbal communication skills Be knowledgeable of and follow the safety procedures as outlined by Monogram Foods Be knowledgeable of safe food handling practices, HACCP, and quality control procedures in your department. Competencies and Skills Language Skills Verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus- English/Spanish

Physically fit with the ability to lift objects weighing between 50-70 pounds. Push/pull 500 lbs. Walk/stand 100% of shift. Employees must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for employment at Monogram Foods This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.
