About the role
Role Description:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and implement new workflows and process improvements within the TPRM program, ensuring alignment with internal requirements and business objectives. Participate in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment of new features or integrations for Process Unity, Workday, and other Third Party risk platforms. Ensure enhancements support program goals and drive operational efficiency. Develop, maintain, and deliver dashboards, ad hoc reports, and program-level metrics to senior management and risk committees. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), risk tiering distributions, issue management trends, SLA compliance rates, and other metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement. Support enhancements to Process Unity notifications, reporting templates, and workflow configurations Drive the annual review of Third Party Risk Management policies, procedures and other relevant documentation. Support designing and implementing a process to triage incident notifications involving third parties and determine if further action is needed. Troubleshoot and work with Process Unity to resolve minor system glitches or escalate to Process Unity support when needed. Support designing and implementing a process to send communications for CVE’s/zero-day vulnerabilities. Training internal and external stakeholders to assist with access and use of Process Unity and other tools used by the TPRM team. Experience Proficiency with Process Unity, specifically expression writing, property review, report and dashboard creation and other Admin functions Working knowledge of Workday Strategic Sourcing, Supply Wisdom and Omnea orchestration tool Ability to produce high quality presentations that support Senior leader conversations Knowledge of TPRM program processes, metrics, KRIs and KPIsExperience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Team and Outlook 3 – 5 years of experience in Vendor/Third-Party Risk Management. Must-Have Skills Process Unity Administration – MUST HAVE (hands-on administration, not just end-user experience)Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and other third-party/vendor risk tools Metrics, reporting & dashboards with experience presenting to Senior Management User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features/integrations Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams, Share Point, Outlook Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and think critically/creatively Mid-level/senior experience required, not an entry-level role.
Nice to have: Cyber Security Experience Third Party risk assessment experience.
