Job Description: Join a production team that depends on your precision We’re a leading corrugated box manufacturer in Hatboro, PA. As a third-shift Material Flow Specialist, you’re the conduit between raw stock and finished goods—keeping machines fed, inventory accurate, and the schedule on track.
What you’ll do: Operate a forklift safely and professionally; maintain current certification. Complete and document a forklift inspection before starting and whenever you operate; submit maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. Locate all required stock before each run; deliver the correct materials to the right machines, safely and on time. Remove finished goods from machines and build neat, stable, and safe stacks in storage areas. Keep paperwork timely and accurate; maintain precise inventory locations using paperwork, computer entries, and unit scanning. Maximize equipment utilization by operating at available capacity and speed. Follow the daily production schedule and recommend optimizations to improve cost, quality, delivery, and service. Assist fellow forklift operators as needed; comply with all company policies, safety rules, and housekeeping standards. Support Friday night clean-up when scheduled; perform additional duties as assigned by management. Must-haves High school diploma or GED.Read and understand English instructions. Math skills: read a tape measure quickly and accurately; calculate percentages, measurements, volume, and rate; apply high school math. Current Lift Truck Operator License (forklift certification).Technical foundation Working knowledge of equipment design and capabilities for efficient operation. Understanding of product layouts and production specifications. Familiarity with product quality specifications and quality standards. Preferred Experience in the corrugated industry. Previous forklift operating experience.
Work environment: Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts; frequent wet/humid conditions. Occasional exposure to heights, fumes/airborne particles, and vibration. Loud noise level. Location & schedule Hatboro, PAThird shift
