About the role

Tract Capital is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Energy to be stationed at our Denver headquarters or hub locations in Seattle or Northern VA. You will lead energy transactions, regulatory filings, and complex contract negotiations across markets nationwide. The role reports to the General Counsel and requires a JD and bar admission, 4+ years of energy and commercial transactional experience, plus strong drafting and project management skills. Travel to market teams may be required.
