About the role

Fireclay Tile in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Director of Growth to own the growth roadmap for fireclaytile.com and drive demand across homeowners, Trade, and commercial customers. You will oversee performance marketing, lifecycle, E-Commerce conversion, SEM, SEO, GEO, affiliate and partner growth, site experience, measurement, and AI-enabled workflows. This is a salary role with target total compensation of $150,000–$250,000, depending on experience and scope.
