About the role
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a defined product area, ensuring clarity of vision, goals, and measurable outcomes
- Define and maintain product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for your domain
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, data science, marketing, and business stakeholders
- Lead solution definition and delivery for complex features or workflows, balancing technical feasibility and user value
- Oversee product integrations, architectural considerations, and system dependencies
- Guide development of cross-platform applications and system-to-system experiences
- Use research, experimentation, and KPI analysis to inform prioritization and product decisions
- Identify systemic issues, partner on solutions, and drive improvements in performance, reliability, and usability
- Create and refine personas, customer journeys, and value frameworks; lead advanced analysis of product metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical strategy, solution testing, and implementation plans
- Champion use of innovative digital technologies to unlock new customer value
- Build depth in product domains, technology areas, and customer segments
- Lead in Governance strategy, compliance and tools, driving innovation and excellence in product development
- Contribute to the estimation and planning of complex and scalable projects, including budget considerations
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends to provide well-reasoned product recommendations
- Create and deliver compelling, high-quality presentations for diverse audiences, demonstrating strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive key initiatives
- Basic knowledge of Public Cloud Technologies like AWSUnderstanding of data pipeline challenges and solutions
- Understanding of Agile technical practices, and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD)
- Previous experience with JIRA, Airtable, or similar toolsundefined
