We're looking for a skilled Painter / Maintenance Technician to support multiple residential facilities in the Irving area. This is a painting-focused, hands-on position where you'll handle interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, drywall patching, surface preparation, and unit turns, while also helping with light general maintenance as needed. You'll work alongside an experienced maintenance team to keep facilities looking their best and provide residents with a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. What You'll Do: Complete interior and exterior painting throughout residential properties Prepare surfaces by patching holes, repairing drywall, sanding, caulking, and priming Perform paint touch-ups and refresh units during turns Match and apply paint to create clean, professional-looking finishes Paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces as needed Assist with minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs Respond to basic maintenance needs throughout the properties Safely operate hand tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment Help keep resident spaces and common areas clean, safe, and well maintained
What We're Looking For: Previous professional painting, make-ready, property maintenance, or facilities experience Comfortable with surface preparation, patching, sanding, priming, and painting Ability to complete clean, detailed work with minimal supervision Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance is a plus Valid driver's license Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an active, hands-on environment Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship#LI-EM1 #INOCT2026 #LI-onsiteEB-7576246193
