Core Values Set high standards Deliver on ambitious goals Be relentless and innovative Be responsible and trusted What You'll Do Serve as the lead point of contact for multiple engagements and client accounts Rapidly assess client needs and business challenges, designing smart, tailored approaches to address key commercial questions Drive strategic projects such as brand and launch planning, opportunity assessments, patient journey insights, and market shaping initiatives Communicate project strategy, strengths, and trade-offs clearly—both in structured deliverables and executive conversations Lead teams to deliver work that's high quality, on time, and aligned to evolving client expectations Build trusted client partnerships that lead to repeat business and referrals, collaborating closely with the VP of Business Development to identify new opportunities, ensure alignment on project delivery, and strengthen long-term client and account relationships Grow into a leadership role within the practice, with opportunities to shape our commercial strategy offerings and support business development What You Bring 7+ years of management consulting experience with a strong focus on commercial strategy for biopharma or rare disease clients 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring consulting teams Demonstrated success owning client relationships and leading engagements that generated follow-on work Expertise across key commercial project types: opportunity assessments, go-to-market strategy, brand/launch planning, patient journey, etc. Bonus: experience in medical affairs strategy or engagement Excellent communication skills and executive presence Willingness to work from our NYC office at least 3 days per week Able to start within 2–4 weeks of offer acceptance Join a team that's helping biopharma companies bring innovations to market and shape the future of patient care.
