Nurtury is seeking a Behavioral Support Coach to coach teaching teams on routines, structure, and how to best implement behavioral support for the children in our care. You'll model best practices, create action plans, observe and document progress, and guide teachers in building positive, inclusive learning environments.

You: Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Education, Special Education, or a related field Are experienced with 3+ years as a Lead Early Educator or in Early Intervention/ABA settings Have experience with the Pyramid Model framework Are skilled at supporting inclusive classrooms and diverse learning needs Are organized, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
